Secure Transport and Non-Emergency Patient Transport Ambulance Services.

All journeys are booked and planned through our contact centres. Our team will ask simple questions regarding medical conditions and mobility to ensure that the support and transport match each patient’s individual needs. This may include traveling with an escort if specific requirements are necessary.

To request a booking for patient transport, please send us an email with the following details:

    To initiate a booking for secure transport, please complete the Booking Form and send it to us. This is mandatory for every secure mental health transport patient. While we operate a 24/7, please provide advance notice if the transport requires a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
