Intensive Enablement (Medium Support & High Support) and Supported Independence (Low Support)
At Ray Medical Ltd, we aim to provide superior support for people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, and mental health conditions. We wish to help our patients to the best of our ability, ensuring that support is always there to meet everyone’s requirements.
We also offer specialised and focussed services to support patients’ daily lives. Our staff are fully trained and experienced in delivering these services, and our focus is always on the person we are providing care for and whether our approach is right for them. All our innovative services focus on helping our patients remain as autonomous and independent as possible within their homes and local communities.
We provide supported living services with and without accommodation and personal care services,
Visiting clients at their own premises to support them, also providing the same service to those that were living in our own supported accommodation and all should reflect in the write up just brief description.
Our supported living services help our participants with basic and essential tasks in our serviced accommodation and within their homes if preferred. From washing and dressing to eating and walking, our expert care providers provide the support to help our service users care for themselves. We treat every service user as an individual and maintain an awareness of the level of support they require. We will motivate service users to support themselves if they can. The reason for this is simple; our service users do best when given the right amount of autonomy in their daily lives.
With our service, you or your loved ones can continue to access local facilities such as leisure centres, libraries, and appointments in addition to planned activities such as holidays and trips to the football and the theatre.
