Ray Medical offers emergency services providing immediate Mental Health and DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) Assessment reporting within a short timeframe. Our Mental Health Assessment Specialist team can conduct assessments at any location, available 24 hours a day. Assessment reports are delivered within three hours starting from the time of referral. Additionally, we are flexible and can accommodate scheduled appointments as needed. We are proficient in delivering comprehensive Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) assessment reports within two weeks. Referrals can be arranged through our self-booking portal, email, or by contacting our office directly. Please fill out and submit the Assessment Referral Form.”
